I can relate to this. Nothing breaks immersion faster than seeing Zois not talk to you despite having maxed their relationship. This is definitely a bug... I hope future updates will smooth out their interactions so we can enjoy talking with them more. ZOI's keep refusing conversations
So this kind of made the game unplayable for me.
No matter how high the relationship between two ZOIs is, they keep refusing the conversation and keep walking away from it.
I got two ZOIs that are really close but everytime I try to start even a normal conversation they just keep refusing to speak to my character and kick off.
This happens to the entire city. And I tried to turn off mods and even start a new game file but it's all still the same.
