Zoi's walk through prison walls

While my zoi was in prison she got an automatic interaction with a patrol officer and walked through the wall to talk to her but afterwards could not get back into the cell and she went outside and could not get back into the prison. I am using the most recent update and only have create a zoi mods in my game. I am running an AMD Ryzen 7, RTX 5070ti and 4TB ram with Windows 11 Pro. the settings all on Ultra.
