  • Cooking in inZOI: What’s Planned and Coming Soon.

    The game developers are working on improving the cooking system to make it more engaging and diverse. Based on current plans and community feedback, here are the features planned for before and after the Early Access launch.

    Before the Early Access launch:
    • Ingredients for cooking will only be acquired through external means, such as purchasing or gathering – using the fridge will no longer cost money.
    • The option to order food deliveries will be available.
    • Different dishes will have unique effects on Zois, such as “food coma” (this feature is still in development).
    • Zois will use specialized cooking utensils tailored to the type of dish being prepared.
    • Cooking animations will have improved quality.
    • Visual aspects of the food will be highly polished, making the dishes look especially appealing.

    After the Early Access launch:
    • Cooking-related jobs, including freelance opportunities, will be introduced.
    • Zoi-specific eating patterns, such as preferences for certain ingredients and eating cycles (e.g., intermittent fasting), will be added.
    • Players will be able to grow ingredients through gardening.
    • A new group activity, Cooking Together, will allow for interactions between players.
