Pregnancy is an important part of building a family in inZOI. While you can create new Zois in the character creator, having a baby is another way to grow your household. Here’s everything you need to know about pregnancy in inZOI.

How to Have a Baby in inZOI:

Step 1: Build a Romantic Relationship

To have a baby, you need to have a strong romantic relationship with another Zoi. Only a married couple consisting of a male and female Zoi can have children in inZOI. Adoption and surrogacy are not available yet.

Step 2: Try for a Baby

Once married, you can suggest having a baby by selecting the option in the Romance section of interactions. Your Zois will then try for a baby. This action is not always successful, so you may need to try multiple times.

Step 3: Take a Pregnancy Test

After trying for a baby, the female Zoi can take a pregnancy test. If the test is positive, a pop-up message will confirm the pregnancy.

Pregnancy in inZOI

Pregnancy lasts for three in-game days. Your Zoi may experience some mood changes, but their needs will not change significantly. Throughout the pregnancy, the baby bump will grow as time progresses.

Giving Birth

When it’s time to give birth, a marker will appear next to the pregnant Zoi’s portrait. Clicking this marker will allow your Zoi to give birth immediately. A small cutscene will show your Zoi holding the newborn in a hospital bed, where you can see the baby’s gender and name them.

Raising Your Child

Once born, the baby will stay in a crib in your home. You can interact with the baby to build a bond. After some time, the baby will grow into a toddler who can move around the house.

Parenting in inZOI

Raising a child involves more than just meeting their basic needs. You can form memories, guide them as they grow, and celebrate their birthdays. As they get older, they will develop their own personalities and interests.

You can also hire a babysitter from your phone to take care of the child when no one is home. This allows you to manage your Zoi’s work and social life while ensuring the baby is cared for.

Staying Connected

As children grow up, they may move away, but you can always stay in touch with them. Regular interactions help maintain family bonds and ensure a happy relationship.
