Gameplay Updates

  • Age Adjustment Feature Added
    Players can now adjust aging settings via Game Options → Simulation under "Aging (My Zois)" and "Aging (Other Zois)."

  • Improved Error Messages for Canvas Upload Failures
    A more detailed error code popup now appears when a Canvas upload fails.

Bug Fixes

  • Sleep Duration Adjusted
    Zois were sleeping for excessively long periods, which disrupted gameplay. Sleep times have been shortened for better balance.

  • Karma Change Rate Slowed
    Karma shifts were happening too quickly, causing frequent mood swings. The pace has been adjusted for more predictable behavior. Future updates will refine how Karma affects Zois’ actions.

  • Relationship Progression Adjusted
    Relationship points were increasing too fast, especially for families under direct control. Progression has been slowed, but players can still tweak relationship values in the City Edit menu.

  • Zois Now Eat Immediately After Cooking
    Previously, Zois would delay eating after preparing food. This behavior has been improved.

  • Fixed “Give Birth” Interaction Bug
    The interaction would sometimes fail when the queue was full. This issue has been resolved.

  • Fixed Pregnancy Visual Issue
    Some Zois with reduced abdominal body shapes were not displaying pregnancy visuals correctly. This has been fixed.

  • Fixed Birth Issue After Divorce
    Previously, giving birth was not possible if a divorce occurred during the pregnancy test stage. This fix applies only to new Zois created in a New Game and does not affect existing save files.

  • Fixed Emotional Buff Persistence
    Some emotional buffs were not expiring correctly. This has been fixed.

  • Improved Error Popups for Canvas Upload Failures
    Error popups now display file information when a Canvas upload fails.

  • Fixed Toilet Sound Effect Duration
    The toilet sound effect was too long and unnatural. This has been adjusted.

  • Added Notification for Family Tree Inaccessibility
    A toast message will now appear if the family tree cannot be accessed.

  • Improved Save File Error Messages
    An error popup will now appear if a JSON object creation issue occurs while loading a save file.
