Time is moving fast, but week by week, the foundations of inZOI are becoming stronger and more refined.


🧱 Strengthening the Fundamentals

While preparing this update, the team acknowledged that some core systems should have been improved earlier in development. That realization is now driving a stronger push toward refining the basics—faster and more thoroughly than before.

Interestingly, focusing on fundamentals has proven to be more exciting than expected, both for the developers and the community. 💡

🤝 Multitasking & Social Interactions

Zoi behavior continues to evolve toward more natural and believable interactions.

🍽️ Interacting While Holding Objects

Zoi can now interact with others while holding items.
For example, a Zoi can eat while having a conversation, instead of being locked into a single animation state.

📺 Watching TV Together

Zoi can now watch TV independently, yet together, allowing shared activities without forcing synchronized behavior.
This long-requested feature has officially entered development.

🚲 Bicycle Riding (In Progress)

Development has begun on bicycle riding.
Passenger riding (sitting on the back) is also planned, though it will require additional time to fully implement.


🌳 Family Tree Export

Players can now save their family tree as a local image file 📸
This feature is especially useful for:

  • sharing progress on social media

  • documenting long-running families

  • archiving generational stories


🌟 Fame & Social Status System (Early Concept)

The team is exploring a new fame and social status system, currently in early design.
