This isn't a mod, but a fix for a minor bug that incorrectly associates an ID in the cleaner system.
You can download it while waiting for the official fix.

I have opened a ticket with Krafton support to have this minor bug fixed.

How to Install:
Check Requirements above and make sure you have all required mods installed;

Installations:

Known Issues:
- Some clipping with clothing and outerwear may occur.

There are three versions of Pregnancy Plus, as well as two add-ons.

FREE FOR ALL allows for pregnancy out of wedlock and 'risky' set mood in front of the bed. When accompanied by the ADDON mod, all Zois are able to become pregnant regardless of gender and orientation. The Zoi targeted with the interaction will get the chance to be impregnated. It is possible for anybody to randomly become pregnant when not currently being played.

VANILLA NPCs allows for pregnancy out of wedlock and 'risky' set mood in front of the bed. When accompanied by the ADDON mod, all Zois are able to become pregnant regardless of gender and orientation. The Zoi targeted with the interaction will get the chance to be impregnated. It is possible for women in heterosexual couples to randomly become pregnant when not currently being played.

NO NPCs allows for pregnancy out of wedlock and 'risky' Set Mood In Front Of The Bed. When accompanied by the ADDON mod, all Zois are able to become pregnant regardless of gender and orientation. The Zoi targeted with the interaction will get the chance to be impregnated. It is not possible for anybody to become pregnant unless they are currently being played.

UNRESTRICTED PREGNANCY allows for same sex pregnancy. It also enables pregnancy for males in heterosexual couples. The Zoi targeted with the interaction will become pregnant. Whether Zois can randomly become pregnant offscreen or not depends on what version of Pregnancy Plus you use.

WEAR TOWEL TO BED is a separate mini-mod that changes Zois into their bath towel (or anything you might use that replaces the bath towel) before they try for a baby or set mood in front of the bed. Upon leaving the bed, they will appear in their sleepwear and quickly change back into everyday wear.

It is highly recommended to pair NO NPCs or VANILLA NPCs with UNRESTRICTED PREGNANCY but it is not required. Only install one version of Pregnancy Plus. UNRESTRICTED PREGNANCY requires the main mod but the bonus WEAR TOWEL TO BED does not.
